Kate Moss to scale back her Topshop collaboration
Scaling back her long-running collaboration with Topshop is Kate Moss. The supermodel who first began with the retailer in 2007 (can it really be that long ago?!) will unveil her 14th and final complete collection on October 25th.
Sir Philip Green has confirmed that it will be Moss' last full range for Topshop, but revealed that they will continue to release a series of smaller capsule collections of 12-15 pieces two to three times per year. At the same time, he has also denied rumours that his daughter's new role in the company had anything to do with the Moss decision. "It had nothing to do with Chloe. She's never worked in the company and she's starting work at the business after the holidays," he said.
As for the reason of scaling back on Kate, Green added: "Kate has done 14 collections with us. It has been fantastic for us and fantastic for her, but they take more and more time and she cannot do this full-time any more."
