If you can't afford one of Mario Testino's incredible portraits of Kate Moss which went on exhibition yesterday at Phillips de Pury & Co. in London, then we may have an alternative for you. A limited edition book (above) dedicated by Testino to his muse will soon go on sale. It follows Kate from her early modelling days and includes backstage photos from fashion shows, as well as behind-the-scenes shots taken during their editorial shoots together. Many of the photographs have been sourced from Testino's private collection and have never been seen before.

"Mario took me to a new level of glamour," Moss writes in the introduction. "I don't think anybody had seen me as any kind of sexy model before he did. He was the one that transformed me. Before him I was just a grungy girl, but he saw me differently... He changed the way people thought about me as a model, for sure."

Kate Moss by Mario Testino will only have a 1,500 print run, which means it doesn't come cheap. You can pre-order it from Amazon for £225.
