Tillman, who also owns both Jaeger and Aquascutum, has been awarded a CBE, while Mellon and Knight have each received an OBE for their services to the fashion industry.

"I am so thrilled to be receiving this great honour and to be recognised in this way. I am grateful to everyone at Jimmy Choo - and our customers around the globe - for helping make our success possible," Mellon said. "While our brand has global reach, the roots and heritage of Jimmy Choo are uniquely British so I am especially pleased and proud of this honour."

"It'll be presented officially in autumn I think," Knight told Vogue. "It won't be the first time I've met the Queen but it's always nice to meet her Majesty."
