Vuitton Presents FIFA World Cup Trophy Travel Case - Paris
With the FIFA World Cup knocking at our doors, it was time to unveil the highly sought-after trophy. And who was the lady to do the honours? Naomi Campbell, naturally.

The supermodel revealed the 18 ct gold travel case, custom-made by Louis Vuitton, which houses the world's oldest sporting trophy in Paris.

Featuring the label's iconic monogram canvas, the case was commissioned by FIFA and was handmade in Louis Vuitton's original workshop, located in Asnières in 1859.

"This exceptional commission truly honours Louis Vuitton's 150- year tradition of craftsmanship and savoir-faire," said a Louis Vuitton spokesperson.

"We are also delighted to be part of the great festival of football that the 2010 FIFA World Cup promises to be, and to renew our ties with the host country South Africa, with which we have had for many years a very special relationship."
