London's Chanel store targeted by bandits
The South Kensington boutique was targeted by four masked men, who smashed in the glass door before taking off with the designer bags. Those who witnessed the robbery, say the men used sledgehammers to break their way into the store, before fleeing on two mopeds.
Chanel is the latest in a long list of luxury boutique robberies in the last couple of years. Police could not confirm if they were they same smash and grabbers involved in previous thefts at Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Salvatore Ferragamo, Harvey Nichols and Anya Hindmarch.
