Word on the grapevine is that Roberto Cavalli has his eye on recruiting Cheryl Cole for his next campaign. Several news reports suggest that the X Factor judge is at the centre of a bidding war between designers over who will sign her. Cavalli has reportedly offered Cole £1.3 million to be the face of his autumn/winter 2010-11 campaign, while another two labels are also interested in her.
