Paul Costelloe's A/W 2010 show was the first to touch down on the London runway this morning, with a collection dominated by dark and Gothic imagery, and a touch of super-heroine chic. Costelloe has presented the opening show for the past five seasons, with collections that often set the tone for the week's events.
Leather, lace and a lot of black were the keynotes of this collection, which featured dramatic, voluminous skirts and jackets over spray-style skinny legwear. These gave much needed form to the otherwise poker straight lines of the garments.
