Stephen Jones and Luella Bartley named in Queen's 2010 New Years Honours list
The Queen's 2010 New Year's Honours list has been revealed and a few famous fashion identities have made the cut.
Famed milliner Stephen Jones has been awarded an OBE (Order of the British Empire) for services to fashion. And he's not the only one! After what has been a tumultuous 12 months for both Amanda Wakeley and Luella Bartley (both have suffered at the hands of the poor economic climate) they will receive an OBE and an MBE respectively.
"I am extremely humbled by this honour," Wakeley said. Meanwhile, homewares designer Cath Kidston will also be awarded an MBE.
