"I don't want to rely on retouching" Victoria Beckham tells Harper's Bazaar UK

harpersbazaar_dec09_victoriabeckham1.jpgGlamming it up again for the cameras is Victoria Beckham. The Spice Girl-turned designer has revealed how she maintains that tiny toned bod in the latest issue of British Harper's Bazaar.

Ever since she and hubby, David Beckham, were tapped to model the Emporio Armani Underwear campaign, Victoria has been hitting the gym seven days a week so she doesn't have to rely on airbrushing.

"I didn't want to rely on retouching," she admitted. "I wanted to look at those pictures in 20 years' time and say, "Wow, look - after three kids - I didn't look bad."

With a successful designing career in the works, Victoria also confessed how nervous she was when launching her début collection: "I felt beyond vulnerable. I'd never known nerves like it in my life. The night before, I got nodules in my throat. I'd never felt such anxiety. I was very aware that people were expecting very short clothes, probably quite revealing, and I really went against that and showed the other side of me."

Photographed by Alexi Lubomirski, Victoria wears a range of outfits including YSL and her own designs for the special double-cover December '09 issue.
