I check out their customer comments and photos on their website and looks like most customers really love their dresses. I'm thinking about ording one from them. Anyone used StyleShake recently?

I bought a dress through Styleshake just last month. It arrived earlier than the ten days, and it was a sentational fit. I couldn't be happier. I was surprised at how high quality it was too. I get compliements on it all the time. It was a great experience for me and I found their customer service to be very helpful. I will order from them again and I highly recommend them. :)

ordered a dress that failed to arrive, no answer from customer services unless I post a request on their FB page which they promptly remove.Dress was promised but again didn't arrive, my special event passed by and no dress, again an FB comment and now it turns out it need to be remade, which sounds like it was never made and they are doing a rush job. Not impressed, the fact they provide no telephone number is the biggest alert that its dodgy. A bonafide company provides a number for customers to call on.. Hmmm

  • I ordered a dress a while back and still have not received it. Their customer service does not respond to e-mails and they do not list a phone number. I made my first blog to show my disappointment with this company.

I ordered a dress in November for Xmas - my measured bust size was 33.6 inches, and I ordered it in 33.9 (the closest one). When it turned up, I could barely get the zip done up, and once I had, it was so tight my boobs were being squished in a most unflattering way.

I remeasured myself (to check I hadn't suddenly gained a couple of inches!) but no, it was still correct.

Emailed customer services, because the alterations form doesn't have the ability to request increases, but they said to send it back anyway and they would let it out.

3 weeks later I've got it back, and I'm pretty sure no alteration has been made - it still feels as tight as before, and is definitely not wearable. To check it's not just me with weird-shaped boobs or something, I even tried it on a friend's sewing mannequin, and with the bust set at 33 inches, it's impossible to do the zip up (so it's at least an inch smaller than I ordered - even after the 'alteration').

The rest of the measurements are on the generous side (not tightly fitted) so I really don't understand what's gone wrong.

I give up now - the moment for wearing is has passed, and even if they fix it, it's going to annoy me.

Going to try to flog it on eBay. I won't be using Style Shake again.
