This is a bit of a stretch isn't it? I am floored this morning by whispers that Lindsay Lohan is being considered for "creative consultant" at Emanuel Ungaro.
According to Page Six, the fashion house is hoping to secure the troubled star because she'll bring them "new energy and a new buzz." However certain peeps, namely Ungaro's creative director, Esteban Cortazar, is none to happy about it.
"Esteban is threatening to leave the company if they bring Lindsay on as a consultant," a source revealed. "It has been a revolving door of designers there and if he leaves, his team will go with him."
Fair enough, I say. Although with designers filing for bankruptcy left, right and centre at the moment, it could be argued that the publicity a famous face would inject might make all the difference. Lindsay isn't exactly a stranger to the industry, she launched her leggings line 6126 last year. But even still... Seriously?
