Model news round-up: Natalia Vodianova has designs; a Jagger does jeans and Scarlett's Mango squeeze
Pictured L-R: Natalia Vodianova, Georgia May Jagger and Max Irons.
There is just so much model news pouring in today, I can barely keep up! Here is a handy round-up of all that is happing to keep you fully in-the-know:
- Natalia Vodianova is one busy lass, as we all know. With fingers in so many pies it's any wonder she has found the time to fulfil her three-year contract to design lingerie for Etam. Now she is adding another string to her bow, that of guest designer for Lutz & Patmos' pre-spring collection. In doing so, she follows in the footsteps of Kirsten Dunst and Jane Birkin.
More model updates after the jump...
- The stunning Georgia May Jagger (daughter of Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall) has been cast in Hudson Jeans' autumn/winter '09 campaign. Due to shoot in London this weekend, she will be photographed by Mario Sorrenti and and styled by Camilla Nickerson. Known for their Union Jack motifs, Hudson's next campaign will be for both print and digital. It seems they loved Georgia so much, they have signed her on for three years. Wowzas!
- Scarlett Johansson has a new leading man, only this time it's for her A/W '09 campaign for Mango. The actress's male equivalent for the retailer's menswear ads is Max Irons, son of Jeremy Irons and Sinéad Cusack. The 23-year-old British actor already has some solid acting credentials, including Dorian Gray, under his belt. But this isn't Max's first foray into modelling. He has previously starred alongside Kate Moss for Burberry in 2006. That's quite a star-led archive Mango is building up.
