Louis Vuitton continues its "Core Values" campaign by roping in a trio of astronauts. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of "One giant leap for mankind" the label has photographed Buzz Aldrin, Jim Lovell and Sally Ride to highlight the travel aspect of its products. Snapped once again by Annie Leibovitz, these latest ads also coincide with the launch of a new website louisvuittonjourneys.com, which will go live July 2nd.

As we all know, Aldrin was one of the first men to set foot on the moon in 1969, Lovell was the commander of the ill-fated Apollo 13 mission in 1970, and Ride became the first American woman in history to enter space aboard the Space Shuttle Challenger.

The three follow in the footsteps, so to speak, of Sean Connery, Keith Richards and the Coppolas in representing the brand's "Core Values" campaign.
