Update: Jerry Hall autobiography scrapped
Last December we told you that Jerry Hall had sold the film rights to her unpublished memoirs. Well, now it appears her £1million book deal has fallen through.
The latest news is that plans to publish her autobiography have been axed because she refuses to dish the dirt on her former marriage to Mick Jagger. HarperCollins has reportedly demanded that Jerry repay the £500,000 advance after being "hugely disappointed" with the first draft.
"She wouldn't give them what they wanted which was some sort of expose on a rock monster. Jerry has got too much self-respect and respect for Mick and for the children," said a friend.
It all sounds rather harsh if you ask me.
