Oasis Designer Collective: Flying Saucer says support graduates

oasis graduate dress.jpg

Oasis have teamed up with university graduates to create a range of summer pieces at high street prices. The Oasis Designer Collective takes the work of three print graduates in a range of key pieces, the students have each put their signature prints to this season's hottest styles, including a playsuit, maxi dress and kimono. I love an exclusive and these threads would definitely turn heads at a summer event with bare legs and gladiator sandals.

Northumbria University graduate Heather Reid used the Royal Botanic Gardens as her inspiration for the embellished feather print kimono. A love of photography led Nottingham Trent graduate Claire Caudwell to create the white rose print on a stand-out black background, and Bucks New University graduate Sarah Bird to combine it with traditional cross stitch techniques for an abstract daisy print.

Check out London's Oasis windows for displays of the collection, which is on sale now. It's a great way to support young designers and get a taste of new talent for a bargain price. Who knows, they might be the next big thing and that £85 could turn out to be a wise investment!
