Finally it seems that Matthew Williamson has answered our prayers and launched a transactional website for his eponymous label. Now when you visit www.matthewwilliamson.com you can shop the online boutique with all its floaty feminine delights.
"We wanted to launch the online store to offer easier access to collections for our customers. Like my [Bruton Street] flagship in London, the store will carry exclusive items that I have designed to complement the garments from my catwalk collections or as fresh offerings for mid season," Williamson told Vogue. Talk about a busy 2009!
