2009 MET Costume Institute Gala: Madonna gets wacky in Louis Vuitton
Woah, Madge! Louis Vuitton or not, Madonna isn't looking her best here. There is just way too much going on for my liking. Note the thigh-high leather zip boots, teal taffeta dress, and is that some kind of winged scrunchy I see in her messy up 'do? This a shocker and although she might have pioneered the '80s, I'm afraid this is bordering on the old mutton-lamb theory. But does she care? Probably not.
