Note the thigh-high leather zip boots, teal taffeta dress, and is that some kind of winged scrunchy I see in her messy up 'do? This a shocker and although she might have pioneered the '80s, I'm afraid this is bordering on the old mutton-lamb theory. But does she care? Probably not.
