Two guesses as to who inspired DSquared2's latest A/W 2009-10 collection...?

With a chilled Starbucks on hand, giant sunglasses and messy bed hair, it is hardly a surprise who designers Dan and Dean Caten have been thinking about. Plus it helps if you're in charge of designing her world tour wardrobe.

With layers galore, the celebrity-inspired range was a throwback to the grunge era, featuring plaid shirts and woollen beanies. Other aspects of interest included distressed tweed jackets (what would Coco say?!), brightly coloured jeans, and belted waist-coats. I loved the oversized boyfriend blazers, slouchy berets and thick knitted tights. Bring on the layers! Click play on video above to watch.
