CQ Watch: Promo of Drew Barrymore in 'Grey Gardens' remake

Despite my initial excitement, I'll admit that I was a little unsure about the casting of Drew Barrymore in the remake of Grey Gardens.

Not because I didn't think she was capable of portraying the eccentric 'Little Edie' Bouvier Beale, but that the character was so specific, it would take a special kind of person to pull it off.

Now after seeing the promo of HBO's film adaptation of the 1975 documentary, my mind is at rest. She seems to have Little Edie's accent down pat and, in fact, I'm rather looking forward to it. Other reasons to watch it include Jessica Lange in the role of 'Big' Edith Bouvier Beale and Jeanne Tripplehorn, who plays the stunning Jackie O.
