claudiaschiffer_britishvogue_april09_01.jpgContinuing the return of the supermodel, is this surprise cover from Claudia Schiffer for British Vogue.

The 38-year-old has landed the April '09 cover in a sparkly Versace dress, which was shot by Patrick Demarchelier. With no intentions to stop modelling, Claudia reveals inside the mag what the industry is really like for models.

"Yes, there was competition because all of the jobs were divided between us, but we all stuck together and stood up for each other," she said. "We even used to make group decisions not to do a job if a particular designer had mistreated one of us."

For the editorial shoot, Claudia sexes things up in a military jacket, pilot cap by Loewe and ripped Balmain jeans. She admitted that she will never be inclined to try Botox:

"It's poison in my skin and no one knows the long-term effects. I'm far more scared of that than a wrinkle on my forehead," she added. "All of my friends are my age and we are all ageing at the same time. We talk about it and moan, but it doesn't bother me."

And why would it when you look like that.
