Such is the popularity of New York fashion darling Alexander Wang, he had high-powered editors queued up around the block like normal folk and then running - running - at the entrance in a rugby scrum when the doors finally opened.

And after all the pre-show buildup, Wang didn't disappoint. Sending out plenty of cool 80s and 90s influenced pieces to a soundtrack heavy on Outkast (and also containing Thriller and Welcome to the Jungle), there were plenty of slashes, gashes, cutouts and crops to not only keep D.I.Y bloggers like Camille and Rumi happy, but he also created a supremely covetable collection in the process.
Cutaway boyfriend shirts, an oversized white leather biker jacket and furry-armed baggy jumpsuits contrasted nicely with the hip-hugging one-shoulder dresses, sheer overlays and croc-print leggings. Yes, I did just finish that sentence with "croc-print leggings".
The good news: Sir Philip Green sat in with front-rowers Anna Wintour and Sarah Jessica Parker - Alexander Wang for Topshop? Please say it's so!
The bad news: bike pants are back, people...
