From London it's onto Milan Fashion Week, which has experienced a rocky start. Just Cavalli announced it would scrap it's show, but instead staged a showroom presentation yesterday. Meanwhile, the Emporio Armani A/W 2009-10 show kicked off just fine, with a sleek tailored collection aimed squarely at the young it-girl.

There were tweed jackets, knee-high school socks, studded clutches, and lots of LBDs. Subtle details could be found in rosettes, fur capes and beaded chains. I could certainly see Peaches, Alexa or Alice lapping up this collection.
