Marchesa's Georgina Chapman steps in front of the camera for U.S. Harper's Bazaar
March magazines seem to be the month where designers are transforming into models. Firstly, Diane von Furstenberg gets her pins out for Purple mag, and now I discover that Georgina Chapman has secretly starred in a editorial shoot for U.S. Harper's Bazaar.
The Marchesa designer models her new evening-apparel line, Marchesa Lusia, in front of Peter Lindbergh's lens, while surrounded by snakes and cheetahs.
Speaking about her partner, Harvey Weinstein's reaction to the shoot, she said: "I think my husband might be a bit upset if I walked the cheetahs out naked in the West Village at night."
Once again Marchesa's second half, Keren Craig, was absent from the photos. Couldn't even Glenda Bailey persuade her?
