You'd be forgiven for thinking Peaches Geldof has something of a monopoly on wearing PPQ considering she designs a collection with them, but this time around, she's stepped out in one of their designs long after another famous celeb kid - Lily Allen - wore the same dress. Sitting front row with her baby sis Pixie at the House of Holland show at London Fashion Week, Peaches donned the whimsical printed minidess with its big bow collar, the same dress Lily sports in the video for her number one hit 'The Fear'.
