Breaking up the mostly black sea of gowns at the BAFTAs was Freida Pinto. The Slumdog Millionaire actress went for this pastel pink strapless gown from Oscar de la Renta's Resort 2009 collection, dramatic coloured jewels and Jimmy Choo heels. Soft pink was also the choice of colour by Laura Bailey on the BAFTA red carpet (but more on that later!) I particularly love the layered ruffled hem on this gown, which offers a great contrast against Pinto's skin. It's no wonder she recently topped Vogue's Ten Best Dressed of the Week list.
