I'm really enjoying having an actual reason to raid Etsy on a frequent basis for gorgeous handmade and reconstructed items. Today's pick is LoveToLoveYou, aka Loni Gaghan, an Oregon-based designer with an obvious love of whimsy. Her clothes have a playful, childish feel to them which I love. Imagine teaming the voluminous floral dress ($72) with clashing floral tights, crazy Irregular Choice shoes and heart-shaped sunglasses...you'll definitely be noticed! More reserved folks might want to try the quirky layered skirts instead (right, $68), perhaps on a background of black or blue!
