Principles are so unbelievably bang on trend (yes I just used that phrase!) with their ruffle zip jacket (£59) I just can't quite fathom it. Were they intending to channel designer du jour Rick Owens or was that merely a marvellous coincidence? Its bikerish proportions are big news news at the moment but the fluted edges stop it from straying into cliché.
In any case team the piece with a grey scarf, leggings, statement heels, and a tough chunky watch and before you know it you'll be getting papped outside Le Grand Palais in Paris I swear!
