Lo and behold it looks like Beth Ditto is getting her very own clothing collection after all. After months years of speculation, it seems almost certain now that there will be a Beth Ditto for Evans collaboration.
Insiders have revealed that the Gossip frontwoman has been working with Evans's head of design Lisa Marie Peacock for the last few months, with a collection all ready in the pipeline for July. The collection is said to include '80s-inspired pieces from oversized T-shirts and knitwear, to graphic print dresses and studded handbags.
A clothing range from Ditto would help seal her status within London's fashion crowd. She is already tipped to appear on the debut cover of Katie Grand's new LOVE magazine. Guess you could say that we told you so!
