One lady lump or two? Claudia Schiffer's breast inspires Karl Lagerfeld
Looking for that last minute Christmas gift for pervy old Uncle Bob? Then Karl Lagerfeld may have just solved that dilemma for you... Got a spare US$3,150 lying around?
Count Karl has been taking further inspiration from his muse, Claudia Schiffer, or her funbags anyway by designing a breast-shaped bowl, based on her bosom size, for Dom Pérignon. The unusual creation is a modern tribute to Queen Marie Antoinette's dining service from 1787. Legend says that Antoinette's own breast was used as a model to create the well-known coupe-shaped champagne glass.
The bowl rests on top of three porcelain replicas of Dom Pérignon, and is being sold along with a bottle of 1995 Dom Pérignon Oenothèque, for the price tag of US$3,150. [via Wine Spectator]
