Gallery: What Deputy Ed Isabelle snagged at the Angels Sale

Following requests from my colleagues, fellow bloggers and friends to see what I bought in the Angels Big Vintage Sale today I jumped around my front room with the camera on self timer snapping my haul. I have to apologise for the images, when I was trying not to fall off the couch or balance the camera on a suitcase buses were driving past blocking out the light!

As we got to the sale we reasoned that you could probably fit as much in two £20 bags as you could in one £50 bag, so this is £40 of clothes. Some of my purchases were clearly picked to fill the bag toward the end of the sale, others like the silky slip dresses were chosen because of their slight volume.

A final note, after taking all the pictures I washed my hands and they were filthy grey. Tonight will be spent washing!

Was it worth it, let me know what you think?

If you'd like to get rid of anything, let me know... I'm a kind and willing recipient (Who's willing to pay)

The bias cut dress and the pink dress that's too big for you would be greatly appreciated.

:)

Zara, I will happily marry you even though I have no Green Card.

I would lop off more then a foot of the "wee" dress. I'd like to see it as a mid thigh length since you have such nice legs.

Also, those upside down pics with your legs in the air cracked me up. Thanks for the laugh, I needed it.

My flatmates are persuading me not to cut the 'wee' dress as it's now known (thanks a2weimers!) but we'll see.
Glad you like it Selina, with a bit of careful washing I should be wear it all soon.

I can't believe you managed to find those gems when joining the queue at 8:30! I was only 5 mins behind, but by the time I got in there were only dregs (especially in the Victorian dept - definitely nothing but rags by then). I found nothing small enough to fit me at all... and I rifled through boxes for about 3 hours before giving up :(
