Burn After Reading star Tilda Swinton speaks to Guardian Film
Viktor and Rolf muse, and star of recent release 'Burn After Reading' Tilda Swinton really captures my imagination. As well as walking the catwalk for the Dutch label Swinton also performed in UK-artist Cornelia Parker's 1995 piece, The Maybe, in which Tilda slept for seven days in a glass case.
Her glacial demeanour and abruptness on screen always make me swoon a little, and if you're a fellow fan you'll find the interview with Jason Solomons wonderful. Listen to her at about 2 minutes in talking in her cut-glass accent about her latest film, Julia, her hopelessness with alcohol and life in Scotland.
