UPDATE: Katie Holmes confirmed for Miu Miu
One of fashion's current worst-kept secrets, besides that other one about Madonna and Louis Vuitton, has been confirmed.
PEOPLE is reporting that they have received confirmation from sources at Miu Miu that Katie Holmes will, in fact, be fronting its spring/summer '09 campaign. Our only real indication so far has been this shot (left) of the actress made up all smokey-eyed while clutching her daughter, Suri. It was taken last week in New York, while Katie was said to be shooting the ads with Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.
Other things we have heard is that Katie won't be alone. She will be joined by models who will act as her 'accessories' in the campaign. Here's hoping all is true, I'm rather looking forward to seeing the results now.
