We're obviously in the midst of an entirely-non Christmas related sequin obsession (honest!) as resident Bag Lady Kelly recently put up a great sequin accessories gallery which I urge you to check out.
On a trend tip sequins are big news right now but steer clear of party dresses and the slim spangly scarves that were popular a couple of years ago. Clashing textures is the look you're going for: an all over block of sequins teamed with chunky knits, silky tops and thick tights looks more high fashion than Christmas tree fairy. Matt sequins, large paillettes and chiffon overlays are all canny ways of avoiding sequin stereotypes, see after the jump for full product details.
