Outfit Pick: Christmas Party dressdown chic

A lot of Christmas parties aren't an all-out glam fest so minidresses and hair extensions are better left at home. Choose an outfit which looks like you've made an effort, but haven't gone to town.
A pretty fan detail floaty top is tempered by the acid wash jeans and a dose of dressy is added with the shoes. I've teamed it with a studded clutch and a grey knit biker jacket to carry on the contrast between tough and girly. A orange gemstone ring adds a splash of colour, which you could try mirroring with your make up or nail varnish.
