Julia Restoin-Roitfeld and Dakota Johnson Griffith named new Mango faces
It is all about the famous spawn for Mango's spring/summer '09 campaign. The Spanish retailer has plucked Julia Restoin-Roitfeld and Dakota Johnson Griffith, left, (daughter of Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith) to front their latest catalog.
Julia, who is also the current face of Accessorize, spent her 28th birthday last week shooting the ads in Barcelona. Then Thursday evening she joined Dakota, as well as a whole host of celebs at the reopening of Mango's flagship store in New York.
"The space is amazing," said Julia at the bash. "It's so weird to see everyone being transplanted here from Barcelona. I see all the same faces."
Ashley Olsen and fellow Mango ambassador, Monica Cruz were also present at the party. As was Marc Jacobs who was showing no signs of stress following that $1m lawsuit settlement, boogying the night away with partner Lorenzo Martone to a set performed by Solange Knowles.
If only I could have been a fly on that wall...
