Katy Perry is hosting the MTV Europe Music Awards tonight, and she's already up in Liverpool for her pre-show duties. Rumour has it tonight she'll be rocking Jean Charles de Castelbajac's sequinned Barack Obama dress, but at the big press conference she wore this graphic printed mini dress with a big blue bow/belt and pink heels instead.
