And today's SATC sequel tidbit... Which character dies? *gulp*
I cannot believe that I am actually writing this *sigh* but according to the latest whispers, someone in the Sex and the City film sequel might not make it to see the end... NOOOOOOO! But before we get ahead of ourselves here, there were rumours last time ahead of the first film that someone was set to cark it. However, those turned out to be false. A disused storyline perhaps? Nevertheless, movie insiders have claimed that producers, including Sarah Jessica Parker are so keen for the plot of the sequel to be dramatic, that they are considering killing off one of the major characters.
"There is no doubt that a sequel will happen but the producers are very aware that something dramatic has to happen in order to keep the fans captivated," a source revealed to the The Sun.
"There is a very strong possibility that one of the main characters will be killed off but it's not clear who yet. Obviously it's unlikely to be Carrie but any of the others could meet their end. Scripts are already being worked on with various scenarios."
We know that Viv Westwood already has some ideas up her sleeve for the plot. I wonder if any of them included calling in the Grim Reaper? It would definitely put an end to any further sequels or spin-offs. Ugh, I don't even want to think about it.
