Kate Moss dishes her tips on getting ready for a night out

Yesterday's Sunday Times's Style magazine features Kate Moss, who shares with us her advice for getting ready for a night out on the town, based on her many years of experience, no less.

Describing how she gets ready for an evening out, Kate replies: "I get my girlfriends round, put some music on and have a drink to get in the mood."

Not exactly ground-breaking stuff, nevertheless she does offer a few handy tips for those of us desperate to copy her just-thrown-it-together look: "Don't do the catwalk look head to toe. Mix old with new, designer with high street - the options are endless, and it's good to make it your own vision. For example, I wore a beautiful Chanel maxi dress to my friend's wedding with a 1930s antique blue velvet cape and some huge, hooped Turkish earrings, which gave the dress a totally different feel."
