Hot or Not? Whitney Port at the Hot Hollywood party

Since Whitney Port is the only star of The Hills who doesn't make me want to scratch my own eyes out, I want to love her outfit. She's mixed vintage with modern, designer with high street (her skirt is an old Jean Paul Gaultier number and her shoes Steve Madden) and is wearing this season's 'hot' patterned tights. But I just want to go up to her and hitch up that camisole. What do you reckon, is the look hot or not?

maybe separately the clothes will look better, but such combination...NO!

I think you are right, the top ruins the outfit. It is saggy and makes her stomach look fat (which we all know she is not). Plus, I think it is too bare for shuch a short skirt, tight or no tights.

That camisole's really unfortunate, but if you could just cover it up and look at the bottom only it's one of the coolest red carpet looks I've seen in a while. I don't suppose she had a jacket?
