Ashley Tisdale's risky look at the Munich premiere of High School Musical 3 has me torn. I'm not keen on the hair (that's what I do with my grown-out fringe when I'm in desperate need of a root touch-up) and I think the eye makeup is too much for such a pretty girl. But the Vivienne Tam mini dress is the real kicker. Is the contrasting lacy breastplate too much, or is the Barbarella chic look working for Ashley? I simply can't decide, so you'll have to!
