Catherine Zeta Jones has admitted to dressing down because she is convinced that her stunning looks were turning directors off.
Obviously being beautiful will get you nowhere in showbiz - listen up kids.
The Welsh actress believed that her feminine charms were negatively affecting her chances of scoring major film roles.
"I used to dress down and try to look plain and frumpy," she said.
"I thought I was supposed to look as if I'd spent the night sleeping under a bridge in order for people to take me seriously."
