brittiquebassotunic.jpgHaving just picked Basso and Brooke as one of my Fashion Week highlights, I was really excited to see that Brittique have a few past season pieces by the designers reduced drastically in their sale. Because they're known for their prints and not their trends, the pieces still look more current than a lot of what's in the shops at the moment.

This tunic - yours for £96 if you're a size 12 - is the piece I'm coveting. For an edgy fashion look, I can see it looking great with wet-look skinny trousers (sorry, can't bring myself to use the word 'treggings' even now) and statement shoes, perhaps with some kind of statement hair accessory or fascinator for a real 'I live in East London' look...

Really brave people could even try the matching leggings Susie Bubble has been wearing in Paris.

Of course, we don't all live in Shoreditch, surrounded by creative types, and if I got this tunic I'd be more likely to dress it down, perhaps with Walford velvet opaque tights and a pair of black boots with gold studs (very Gucci A/W).
