Newsflash: Donatella Versace announces winner of Fashion Fringe 2008
The winner of this year's Fashion Fringe was announced yesterday as Eun Jeong Hong of Go by the Secret Path.
After the four finalists showcased their collections, it was left to the judging panel, featuring Roland Mouret, to make their decision, described as a 'close race'.
Presenting the prestigious prize was honorary chairwoman, Donatella Versace, who bestowed the Elena Kozhevnikova-designed trophy and £100,000 prize money to a tearful Hong. The young designer thanked her parents who flew in from Soul especially to see her show at the event in Covent Garden.
