It was with great sadness that London waved goodbye to golden child Jonathan Saunders as he headed off to New York to make the big bucks. His Spring Summer 2009 collection injected a bit of colour into proceedings at Bryant Park, after he told Style.com that he "wanted a bit of playfulness, something uplifting in these trying times." The silhouette featured billowing knee length skirts and fitted jackets or one-shoulder tops in a myriad of brights, satins and chiffons.
