Don't blame heels - it's ludicrous platform soles which are the killers. Every time they come back into "fashion", however sturdy they look, they always make women fall over when they least expect it.

Why do so many people forget this, season after season?

That's the exact reason I wasn't allowed to wear heels until I was in high school. Even then I couldn't go more than 3 inches max. My mom was always concerned I'd injure myself by falling off of them like this girl. Needless to say, I haven't done it yet, but this just shows me that it's very easy to do
