London Fashion Week Hot Ticket! Peter Pilotto

Last season, Peter Pilotto was dubbed one of the 'Ten Most Promising New Talents' by Style.com, so it's no surprise that tickets to his London Fashion Week show this season are highly sought after. The stand-out piece from last season was a voluminous, jewel-coloured dress that has been spotted on celebs like Lisa Snowdon, Tamsin Egerton and Rihanna in various colourways. This time around, Pilotto and his design partner Christopher De Vos will apparently be looking to the artist David Altmejd for inspiration...

Talking to Vogue, the designer says the collection will be "an incongruous mixture of parts of minerals and animals interwoven with plants. The colour contrast is between the subdued moth and the vibrant butterfly."
