The September show season might be under way, but in magazine land it's all about October. Landing the latest cover for British Vogue is Kate Moss, who has been photographed by Mario Testino, in a rather subdued manner involving little fuss. Wearing a sequinned vest underneath an army green anorak, it's a little bit glamour meets grunge.
