Newsflash: Peaches Geldof ties the knot in Las Vegas

Looks like Peaches Geldof has gone a done a 'Britney' by getting married in a quickie ceremony in Las Vegas to a boyfriend no one even knew existed. The 19-year-old's publicist released a statement overnight, confirming that Peaches had wed singer, Max Drummey, 23, of indie band Chester French, while on holiday last week.
"Peaches and Max did not want unnecessary publicity but, following growing media speculation, have decided to set out the facts. No further comment from either will be forthcoming," the statement said.
According to reports, the TV presenter/DJ had met Drummey a couple of years ago, but have only been dating for little over a month. So what does daddy, Sir Bob Geldof, think about all this?
"[She] has the full support of their family and friends" the publicist added. While, Bob told The Sun: "I am aware of the statement that has been released and agree with its sentiments."
