Katie Holmes still loving the rolled-up mum jeans look

While attending rehearsals for the Broadway play, All My Sons, Katie Holmes has been sticking to one style formula - the rolled-up mum jeans look. The actress has been spotted not once, not twice, but three times recently in the same pair of pegged reliable jeans, teamed with ballet flats - a comfortable contrast to her usually more coiffed appearance. Together with her new Rihanna-style cropped do' (above, left) I'm digging this look on her. It's youthful and casual which suits her age to a tee. Your thoughts?

hah yes i love this look. With the old hair I always thought she looked like she was wearing a 'virtual hairstyle' on one of those websites and had needed to nudge it down a few inches with the arrow key.

I am thinking for a hot day in NYC which it has been lately, how can she be wearing jeans and sweaters? She looks like she is dressed for an October day. She is always covered head to toe, does anyone else find that a little strange?

When I first saw this I kinda threw up in my mouth, but it looks okay on her. I would experiment with that look but I'm so short it will only make me look shorter.

She looks fantastic and adds some summer fun to her jeans. She's lucky to be so tall which helps her pull off the rolled hems.
