While everyone else is flogging their sale stock, the Warehouse website is a veritable goldmine of gorgeous frocks that'll easily see you through Autumn and beyond. I was really impressed by the detail that had gone into the many styles; from voluminous ruched frocks to the flattering waterfall ruffled sheath (right, £65, also in black) and the hand-painted check tulip dress (left, £65). However, the dress that really stood out was the diamond ditsy tea dress (centre, £65)...

Reminiscent of the kind of thing Kate Moss would team with a battered leather jacket and gladiator sandals, it's got a real vintage feel that I love...and the long sleeves make it perfect for next season (just roll them up to the elbows for now).

If your look is a little less girly, keep an eye out for button-down boat-neck shirt dresses, black jersey lantern shapes , strapless checked prom dresses and slinky one-shoulder numbers instead.
